These terms apply when you use this website or buy Lashveil products from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. About us
Lashveil is an online store operated from England, United Kingdom. You can contact us at any time through our Contact page.
2. Our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and sizes may look slightly different on your screen, and product images may include illustrations.
Lashveil shower shields are single-use personal care accessories designed to help keep water off your eye area while you shower. They are not a medical device and are not designed as eye protection or for use after eye surgery or any medical procedure. If your skin is sensitive to adhesives, patch test first. Stop using them if irritation occurs. Use one shield per shower and don't reuse them.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any taxes we collect. Discounts and offers apply only for the dates shown and can't be combined unless we say so. Payment is taken when you place your order.
5. Delivery
Every order is tracked. Shipping is free on the 50 and 100 packs, and a flat fee shown at checkout applies to the 10-pack. Delivery times and what happens if a parcel is lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping policy.
6. Refunds and returns
Damaged, faulty, wrong or missing items will be replaced or refunded. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refunds & returns policy. This is in addition to your legal rights.
7. Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
8. Using our website
The content on this website, including text, images and the Lashveil brand, belongs to us. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, the EU or another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
